Inc. Magazine Selects The New Home Company for Inaugural Founders 40 List

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (April 30, 2015) – The New Home Company (NEW HOME; NYSE: NWHM) has been named among the 40 most entrepreneurial public companies in America by Inc. magazine. Inc. looked at companies that went public since January 2012 with annual revenue between $50 million and $1.5 billion, but still operated with its original vision and entrepreneurial spirit intact, while experiencing rapid growth after its IPO.

NEW HOME, the Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based land developer and homebuilder, went public in January 2014, had revenue of $150 million in 2014 and was the only homebuilder to make the list, which appeared in the April 2015 issue of Inc.

“Inc. magazine referred to the Founders 40 list as an honor roll of publicly traded entrepreneurial companies,” said Chief Executive Officer H. Lawrence Webb of NEW HOME. “For us, this is the highest form of praise. Today we are growing significantly. But most importantly, we have the very best team in the business; we are delivering award-winning homes and making the communities in which we build better places to live.”
